Hello, I'm Rachel.
When I decided to start a family I also felt that this could be the ideal time to make that leap and start something completely different. I knew I wanted to carve a career within the Fitness Industry as I have always been so passionate about it.
So… here I am, 3 kids and a beautiful studio later and I’ve never looked back, nor been happier!
I have totally immersed myself within the industry and after much research, teaching and studying, I am delighted to offer a huge variety of sessions at my studio all with a base of building up body strength and movement.
I am a huge fan of functional and core strength training and firmly believe that this is a fantastic way to remain healthy, lose weight, tone up and suffer less RSI’s in a very common sedentary lifestyle for most people today. My core training in Pilates is also very visible in a lot of classes – this provides such a fantastic all round training experience.
