Group classes or the gym aren’t for everyone for many reasons – motivation, timings, anxiety to name just a few. In my private studio, I put together bespoke and impactful personal training sessions for each of my clients. Working on a one to one basis means that you can be confident you will be getting an optimal workout tailored to your goals and fitness journey.
It is super important that I am working side by side with my clients, so at our first session together we will go through your wish list and goals and I can then put together a bespoke programme and we can storm through your fitness journey together.
