The beauty of using Pilates as an exercise programme is that it can be modified to you and your goals. It can be used as a gentle strength trainer or a challenging workout, meaning literally anyone can do it! There is no expectation of a prior fitness level and it’s delightful to see such a change in my clients overall fitness and flexibility by taking part in regular pilates sessions with me.

As a fully qualified Level 3 Pilates instructor, I am able to deliver group sessions or tailored one to one’s keeping your workouts interesting, impactful and varied.

What is Pilates?

Pilates is a popular form of exercises that focuses on strengthening the body focusing on core strength, initially called Contrology and introduced to the World in the 1920’s by Joseph Pilates. Pilates is a powerful way of improving general fitness and well-being, often compared to yoga, it works on posture, balance, flexibility, stretching, strength and conditioning.
