Strength and Conditioning is a fantastic way to workout focusing on losing body fat and defining muscle at the same time.

By providing a bespoke training programme for you, my strength and conditioning sessions are about maximum return in a short period of time. Essentially, strength and conditioning relies heavily on evidence-based research and physiology of exercise and anatomy.

My training in this discipline allows me to have a deep understanding of the physical characteristics required for your different goals. By collating my knowledge and taking into consideration your current fitness level through to where you want to be, I am able to tailor a programme specifically for you whether that be you coming to me once a week or more, through to extra sessions for you to do at home.
